North Vernon Drop forges a wide variety of steerig parts.
End users include auto, truck, off-road and agriculture equipment producers. Materials used include carbon and
allow steel. The majority of these parts are heat treated before being cleaned, coined and inspected. Production volumes of 500 to 40,000 parts/month may be produced.
Hardware And Chassis
Many of the parts we make become part of a larger assembly. Some parts fit on automotive frame and others combine to make castor or conveyor assemblies. Our engineering department can help customers in the design process and in the implementation of an idea through the prduction of a completed part.
Driveline And Towing
Regardless of the end use for the parts we make, quality, price and delivery are common denominators for each of our customers. We try to understand each customers needs and meet or exceed their expectations. Our operation is sized to produce a wide range of parts in both low and high volume requiements. We can also provibe value added services including: machining, heat treating and coating.
